I am not an actor. I was in a few plays in high school but I never gained the popularity that I should have. There was one time, however, when I was in my early teens when I was asked to be in a play that my church was putting on. I readily accepted. The person that asked me to participate was the head of the Youth Department and he couldn’t stand me. He thought I was a snotty, stuck up teen with a bad attitude. He was right. The part that he wanted me to perform in the play was that of a snotty, stuck up adult with a bad attitude. After my “performance” I received a standing ovation. After the play, the head of the Youth Department said to me, “I knew you’d do a great job!” Bastard.
Anyway, like I said I am not an actor. I do watch Inside the Actor’s Studio religiously. I really love that show. I don’t know why. I really enjoyed the episode that was on recently that featured Dave Chappelle. After watching that episode, I’m more careful about who I call “crazy”. Some of the other guests that I enjoyed were Morgan Freeman, Queen Latifah and Charlize Theron among others. I love the part at the end of the show when the host, James Lipton, asks the guest a series of questions. I always answer right along with the guest, as if I’m an actor. Or, as if anyone really cares how I would answer. Care or not, here are my answers to those questions:
