Well, I received the following in the mail today:

The result of your mammogram performed on 11/15/05 shows a finding in your breast that needs to be looked at further. This is not uncommon. In many cases, study of such findings shows that there is nothing to worry about.
We would like for you to have an ultrasound examination.
